  • Our firm, Ray Martin Design Corporation Corp.  can assist in new construction along with revising existing spaces at your home here in the Coachella Valley. We design custom landscape spaces along with various amenities & pool designs.

 

Plan Drafting

  • We provide plans eligible for submission to various associations throughout the Coachella Valley. We submit plans to associations including but not limited to: The Indio Water Authority, Coachella Valley Water District, City of La Quinta, City of Rancho Mirage, etc.

We offer a various level of plan design, from simple schematic plans for use outside of an association, to fully detailed plans with construction, lighting, and irrigation specifications to  assist in the design of various sizes of projects, from single residence homes to custom exterior design builds. We design it all!

1. Plan

Ray loves to meet with you, the homeowner at your home to walk the property with you and discuss your space and your vision for it.

 

2. Design

From here, we have our draftsmen design a base plan and work towards providing a preliminary design.

3. Deliver

3. Following this preliminary/ Schematic design, we present you with the plans for your review and comments. We take your comments and suggestions and then revise the existing plan to match the details you would like to the best of our ability.

4. Review

Following your approval, our draftsmen will create the other necessary plans for submission to the necessary agencies. Once prepared we will submit them for your approval, and then the necessary agencies.

5. Present

Once approved by the necessary groups, we are happy to deliver a printed plan set to you the homeowner. We are also happy to recommend local contractors we have years of experience working with and provide consulting services for their management for its construction.
